Mirror is as shown in picture and as described. The mirror arrived promptly, packaged well and in new condition. I bought this replacement for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata and it works like a charm. I was also able to remove the plastic cap and replace it with the original, painted cap from my old mirror (which needed to be replaced).

This replacement side mirror assembly was easy to install, and was a direct replacement for the original.
The remote control functions and lighting are functioning well.
However, when folding the mirror assembly close to the door panel for protection, the detent is quite loose, and does not have a positive lock in the folded position as did the original. Why?

Shipping and quality are great. Fits my 2016 sonata se, can't flip the mirrors all the way up though. Good replacement though.
