I ordered a passenger side mirror for my aunt's Mitsubishi Lancer as the previous mirror mount was damaged and the mirror shattered. Initially I was skeptical because the shipping costs were almost as expensive as the mirror itself. (mirror was roughly 30 bucks and shipping was around 20 bucks).
What made it worse is that when the mirror arrived, the mirror was broken from the mirror housing. The pegs that mount the mirror were snapped off from the housing as the only packaging was a soft cloth bag the mirror was in inside the box.
I emailed CarParts and sent them pictures of how the mirror arrived. I honestly thought they were going to give me slack about it, as in have to ship the mirror back, have them inspect it, and eventually tell me something along the lines of "shipping damage is not covered".
To my surprise, they immediately sent me another mirror with expedited shipping and I got it the very next day! This time this mirror came in perfectly fine. I was able to swap the damaged mirror on my aunt's Lancer in under 2 minutes and it's as good as new!
Any future car part needs I'll definitely be ordering from CarParts and you should too!

Hello! As long as the connectors are the same and it plugs right in, then it doesn't matter if the wire colors are different.
