Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding the quality of the Mirror. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Be assured, I will be helping you in resolving this concern.
As to the Mirror, maybe you could try unplugging the wire to see if the mirror starts working. If that did not work let us know this might an isolated case of a defective part.
Also, would mind telling us if the turn signal on the Driver Side works?
