Hi Devin, I'm glad to assist you. It is a bit rough finish. We do not paint our mirrors (with a specific color code) and only ship them smooth or with a textured finish. We suggest having it painted locally so the auto body paint shop can correctly match the shade of your paint. We do not ship our mirrors with a custom paint job. I hope that clarifies it.
