I just had this installed and where the product quality is good, it came with zero installation instructions. Stated above that this is a "factory replacement" mechanically yes a perfect fit but with no wiring diagrams/instructions and with a completely different wiring harness, my mechanic couldn't figure out how to wire it up to the cars cables and now im left with a basic mechanical "non-powered" mirror. The customer service number provided is a joke and doesn't help in any way!
