It wasn’t an exact fit for our 2015 Chrysler town and country but after grinding off a small piece of metal that stuck out it worked perfectly.

This set of the mirror is compatible with the 2011 Chrysler Town & Country Touring L 6 Cyl 3.6L. It has all the features you mentioned except for the blind spot feature. You may contact your local dealership with the VIN number and ask for the OE (Original Equipment) number so we can cross-reference it with our parts.
