I searched various car parts stores and websites for this product but was not able to find one that matched the ones I had on my truck. Also I was not familiar with the retailers and uncertain about the product quality then I thought; I wonder if JC Whitney is still in business as I used them in my teens and 20's for car parts. So, I looked them up and sure enough they were. They had just the parts I needed that match exactly the ones I had on my truck. The mirrors were fairly simple to replace. The first one took about a half hour to replace but the second only took 15 mins. The fit is about a 4.5 out of 5 and they work perfectly.

Question: 2019 dodge ram 1500 classic is there a different module  you have to use.Didnt work with my original?JayJay / Dec 06, 2021
Hi Willious, I'm glad to assist you. There is no separate module needed. The features of these mirrors should simply match with your original mirrors. If there are functions that are different on your original mirrors, then the wiring socket connector would not match. Please check your car's owner's manual to see the exact features your side view mirrors has. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.

I would have purchased this item for the Collision Center I work for. That being quite some time ago I don't remember having any issue with these mirrors for the vehicle ordered for. I usually remember the problems that we incur with aftermarket parts so I would say they worked fine for us.

Hi Danny, I'm glad to assist you. Altering or transferring a part in a mirror assembly will void the warranty of the new mirrors. It is not a guarantee the mirror glass will work. The mirror assembly should have an auto-dim feature for it to work (an electrical wire wire).
