The heated feature will not work. Everything that you currently have on your truck should continue to work as it does now. If there's anything else that is included with the mirror, but not currently working on your truck, then it won't with either. If you want the additional features to work (e.g. heat) then you'll have to take it to the dealer. They can update the computer. It costs a lot of money and there's a chance that it still won't work. Beware, there's also a chance that it will break your computer.

Hi Mark, Upon checking, this part will only fit the 2013-2018 Ram 1500/2500/3500, not 2019. We do not carry a towing mirror for 2019 models.

I do not know if it will fit a 2019, but in regards to the heated mirrors, it will depend on the wiring that already exist in the door. I would think a Big Horn would have power to the pins

You need to have the correct wire harness and switch to be able to use the heat strip in the mirror. The rear window defrost will not work.

I had no signal light nor puddle light on my 2014 Tradesman. The mirrors mounted fine and plug worked. I did not have signal or puddle light after install (as I did not have before). The only issue that I had to overcome is is the mirror adjustment is wonky after mirrors are folded out, but you can figure it out... up is right and so on. When mirrors are folded in the mirror adjustment works fine.

Yes. However you may have to program the truck body computer to accept the upgraded mirrors to work in the up position correctly and the lights to work. Also if you do not have door support brackets installed already, you may have to order them either the hardware to install them.

Hi Michael, Upon checking, this set of the mirror is compatible with the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic All Submodels All Engines For Models With Towing Package. There is no need to program the turn signal lights, they are plug and play.

These are knock offs. The heater will work, and the motor that moves the mirror will work, but the turn signals and ditch light won’t unless you take the time to wire the two lights backwards. And never plan to change out the bulbs. The way they made these particular lights it’s impossible to get any of the bulbs out with out breaking the mirror.
