I recieved the mirrors faster than I expected. They fit perfectly. I did notice a slight difference in color of the plastic in their assembly. Part of it is a darker black. It's ok, but not what I consider a perfect match. It's far better then it was when broken!

Yes Just have to use your fingers and cut the outlet/plug off
