Very happy with the part, so far. Workmanship seems good, all electrical features, folding and telescoping are good and seems even quieter than the original. Took a couple extra days to get to me, but car part’s knew it right away and started notifying me. Good experience with the rep and the company. I am happy with the fit and performance.

It is a very economical OEM replacement. Appearance wise it is perfect. My only complaint, which has already been noted. The electrical mirror adjustment feature isn't quite right. It does move the mirror but it only seems to have one axis in the 11 to 5 o'clock orientation. you can get it close, but I had to manually adjust by hand to get it where I wanted it. But for the savings of $800 less than the Ford part I can deal with this.

My mirror arrived with the upper mirror detached and the attaching tabs broken. So why did I give them 5 stars? I went online and filled out a RMA as instructed. I attached pictures and described the damage. In about 24 hours they shipped me a new power folding mirror, no questions asked. It arrived a few days later and I installed it with the help of a few youtube videos. All the functions of the power folding mirror worked. A late March snow storm also confirmed both the top and bottom mirror were heated. Replacing the damaged mirror was in my opinion fast and simple. One tip. Check the box flaps for the 4 mounting bolts needed to attach to the mirror base.

Hello! Unfortunately these mirrors do not have that provision. I am not familiar with a custom retrofit option, so the safest bet might be to return the mirrors and purchase mirrors with that feature.
