I have a 2016 Lariat with the 360-degree cameras, and this has the pop-out next to the puddle lamp to accommodate the camera. I just needed to modify the depth of the mirror frame so the camera module would fit flush. The black matched the stock Shadow Black, which was a nice plus, not having to paint. Good fit and finish, Ford wanted $1500 for the OEM - this fit the bill and looks great.

Worked great on my 2015 F150 Lariat. 10 min install and all functions work flawlessly. Dealer wanted $1100 for part with installation being additional. Crazy.

This part was a great fit and all functionality for the mirror works. The spotlight, puddle light, electric folding, blind spot detection and signal light all function just like a Ford OEM product. Installation was easy, just looked up a 4 minute youtube video on how to remove the mirror. Probably took only 15 minutes to remove and install. Compare to the Ford OEM cost for this mirror ($750-$800), very happy with it.
