I received the incorrect mirror for my car. Before I could mount it, I had a medical emergency that disabled me for a few weeks. When I mounted the mirror, I found that the cross-traffic warning did not work. By then, it was more than 30 days so the refund was denied. I then ordered the correct mirror. It worked perfectly, but I then had a mirror that was of no use to me. I emailed their customer service an explanation of the medical emergency. I returned the mirror and got a full refund. The description of the first mirror specified for my car was inadequate. Otherwise, I would have givenn them five stars. A good company with great products and wonderful customer service.
