The mirror has a small hole on the back, which faces the front of the vehicle. It makes a low pitch noise while driving over 50 MPH or in a windy ride. The mirror has to be calibrated in order to move it to the desired angle.

Hi Jeremy, I'm glad to assist you. It is without a camera. The correct part number with a camera is HO62ER. This, however, does not have a turn signal light. The mirror you are referring to has a signal light on the housing. Please carefully check the features of the mirror you have on your vehicle's owner's manual. We do not carry the mirror with the camera and turn signal light. Please confirm and get back to us.
