Worked great, took about 15 min to swap out. Note the top plastic piece is black, where most mirror top pieces are painted. I just popped out the top plastic piece with my old broken mirror and swapped them to keep my passenger and driver mirrors consistent.
Power adjust works perfectly.

When the part came, it fit perfectly per my maintenance man. I am a female so I usually don't trust, but you can trust this company. Make sure you get the right part number. Good Luck
