We do not have install instructions for mirrors eversince, unfortunately. Please refer to your trusted local auto repair shop or certified mechanic to install the mirrors. If one of the mirrors is not functioning, that could be a possible defective part which you can opt to have it refunded or have a replacement for it.
Please call our sales hotline toll free number(1-866-529-0412) and ask to be transferred to our Returns department so they could process an RMA for you.

Additionally, I can't find it available the interior-screen holders atop of rear windows? I will need 4.

We only sell the mirrors as a whole assembly. I can't seem to find a reference for the "interior screen holders", what part do you mean by this? Please rephrase your question and include the year, make, model, and sub-model of the vehicle.
