Mirrors are fairly easy to replace so it went quick. My one complaint would be the OEM has bolts that thread through from the inside of door to the mirror, this replacement has bolts from the mirror that you hex nut from the inside . It’s a tiny ~ 2 inch by 3 inch hole that you cannot fit a whole normal size hand through so it’s easy to drop a nut into the abyss of the door casing . No spares are provided
