Yes, just be careful not to break tabs on your existing painted one when removing it from your old mirror.

My 2017 TRD Off Road Premium metallic gray Pop on cover did not fit this aftermarket mirror. Clips were slightly different placement. I was trying to avoid paint but made it work for the time being.

As long as you have the same options as this mirror it will fit. My 12 4runner sr5 had the turn signal, heated and power mirror options this one has and it was a direct plug and play. So say your 4runner only had turn signal option without heated mirrors, then you would need to get the mirrors with only turn signals and with out the other options.

Yes - very simple to replaced - connect. The door plastic clips can be an issue so before u push the panel back make sure everything aligned. My was 2015 4Runner. I’ve had no issues.
