I was able to replace my broken off mirror (watched a YouTube video and did it myself) in 15 minutes. It fits perfectly on my 2001 Avalon XL and the mirror moves in and out- no issues. It's black, and my car is Maroon, so it doesn't really stand out. I may, or may not, get around to painting it. It's not an eyesore. I'm very happy with this product.
