The mirror was advertised to replace & fit the 2004 Toyota Avalon XLS. It did not. The 5 pin connector must be for another model. The 2004 Toyota Avalon has an 11 pin receptor.

I was able to get a great price on a replacement mirror for an older car in less than a week. I’m not giving 5 stars because the arrival date they advertised online was not at all accurate. I ordered it Saturday with expected arrival Monday, but it didn’t ship until Tuesday. We were in a time crunch and the reason I ordered from here was because of the arrival date. I would order again, just wouldn’t count on getting it when advertised.

Question: I purchased a KoolVue heated passenger side mirror from pick-a-part. Wirng harness does not fit my 2001 Avalon XLS, Vin 4T1BF28B41U170991.I can't locate  the OE part number. I see in your reviews another customer with a 2001 had the same problem. Do you stock a mirror that will actually work with my 2001 car?David M. / Jul 27, 2024
Hi David, I'm glad to assist you. This mirror has an OEM part number 87910AC021C0. It is a passenger-side, powered, and heated (with a defogger) mirror assembly. It has a square socket connector with six holes and a 5-prong terminal. You can also call your local dealership, and provide the complete VIN of your car so they can give you the OEM part number. The smaller size open wrench can be used to tighten the nut for the 3-stud bolts of the mirror. The part number is 51005.
