Yes, the left side mirror I purchased is a "flat black", not glossy. I was very happy with it. I put it on my 2002 Toyota PreRunner, and it matches the original (which was broken by my wife when she hit a parking garage concrete support.) It may have matched the right side mirror (original) because the car is 20 years old.
