Perfect fit to a 1999 Toyota Sienna. Well packaged, delivered quickly. The only problem I had was due to my own error. I ordered a heated unit not realizing that my minivan did not have heated mirrors. The connectors for heated and unheated units apparently are not compatible. So, I cut the connectors off and soldered the old connector to the new unit (wire colors are compatible) and problem was solved.

Hi Hideki, I'm glad to assist you. It has a 5-prong terminal. It is a powered and heated type. It fits the 1998 to 2003 Toyota Sienna. Is your mirror with heat or non-heat type (defogger function)?
