Hi David, I'm pleased to assist you. Upon checking, we do not have a paintable non-heated driver-side mirror compatible with the 2010 Toyota Sienna XLE 6 Cyl 3.5L. We currently only carry textured black. Textured trims are not paintable but, you can probably find a reputable shop that would agree to paint a textured part.
