I would probably have given this product a 5 star rating but, the steel insert (the metal tube that the mount bolt goes through) for the rear motor mount was a good half inch to long and had to be trimmed down for proper fitment. The upper motor mount was very easy, just drill out the two rivets that hold it together and insert the urethane into the existing mount and re install. The transmission and rear motor mounts require the old inserts to be pressed out and the new ones pressed in. I managed with an air hammer and a c-clamp a press would be the preferred method. The mounts are firm and provide a solid feel in the drive train but do transfer a lot of engine noise to the cabin (as I expected), i highly recommend these if you do any performance driving or hard shifting. I commute 260 miles a day and have put about 2500 miles on these already with no issues. All and all way cheaper than factory mounts. Between the cost and longevity of these mounts the cons are minor.
