engine would jump when started and shifted. I noticed that the rubber was thin where it connected to the through bolt. To shore up the rubber and make it more durable I cut the rubber off the old one and put rubber cement on the two moon shaped rubber pieces and slid them in at the top and bottom spaces adjacent to where the new rubber connects to the through bolt. It reduced the distance the engine could jump by filling in the gap with the old rubber. 2 months so far so good.
