Hi John, thank you for reaching out. Per checking, this item is located on the driver's side of the transmission. It is accessible via the driver's side rear corner of the engine compartment. It requires the removal of the upper intake first. For more information, we suggest you refer to a vehicle-specific repair manual for the diagram and the removal/installation guide.
