Most impressive to me was how well it was packed for shipping. Double boxed with both inner and outer boxes padded with air pillows. The Samsonite Gorilla couldn't have damage the cooler.
(showing my age) It arrived on time. I haven't installed it yet because it is freezing outside, I don't have a garage and my original cooler, although rusted, is not leaking yet.
