Answered by Arnel E. / Mon, Nov 22Yes it is both upstream and downstream. These are really good O2 sensors. I bought 4 and replaced them on my 1995 Ford Thunderbird LX 4.6L V8. I've driven another 2000 miles since replacing and my car loves them.
