Being able to “talk” to a knowledgeable sales associate is the most important component of the transaction - especially if you’re not familiar with the parts. Other providers also sell parts but the personal communication makes the difference.
Even when original equipment that is “supposed to fit” - doesn’t, they credited my return. I feel that personal communication was, again, important part of the sales experience.
I did price some of the other suppliers but was frustrated with the “computer only” experience when I needed to ask questions about what was needed.
