Hi Leslie, I'm happy to assist you. This item can either be the upstream or the downstream oxygen sensor, depending on the vehicle application. The 2002 Acura MDX uses this item as the upstream oxygen sensor. While the 2008 Honda Pilot uses this item as a downstream front oxygen sensor. Take advantage of the sale price for this item.
