Question: Does this bolt in or is it spot welded in place?Chris W. / Jan 27, 2021
I have not installed mine yet but did the research before I bought it and it's supposed to bolt in. There are online videos showing that you don't even need to remove the bumper or fenders to do it. The unit I bought appears to have all the right bolt holes in the right places.

Bolts in, If yours is rotted out at the body mounts, your body mounts may also be rotted out some. Some people just weld a washer to where the body mount is rusted out or you can replace the body mount on the frame.
