Good product, acceptable shipping speed. 2 of the corners were not protected during shipment and got bent but installer commented that 1) usual finding and 2) they could easily bend back to original shape without issue and without compromising the install. Will addend this review if something unexpected comes up.

Yes it is a weld on part, yes it will fit 2003 to 2007.
If this is a DIY project you might want to look into a tram gauge as well as it will definitely save you from a huge headache.

Quite often they come with tabs on them that were originally designed to be spot welded on that can be screwed on to existing frames
