The 2005 production has two radiators. Mine was a late production model and this radiator fit perfectly. The radiator showed up with no damage, even thought the box was open and the nuts and bolts were lose in the box. Thankfully, everything was there. I did contact customer service for assistance with choosing the correct radiator and the person that I talked to was extremely helpful.

This radiator is only for without a towing package. We have 2 parts for with towing package for the 2006 Lexus RX330 Base 6 Cyl 3.3L. They are part numbers CSF3712 Japan Built; With Tow Package and GPD2689 (no origin fit note). It is important for you to know the origin of the vehicle (thru the VIN) for you to make the right choice.
