After shopping around for a radiator comparing inventory and prices, I found my best option on <a href="http://Carparts.com." target="_blank">Carparts.com.</a> I found I could still get an even better deal if I order on-line. But the faulty web site kept rejecting me and I became frustrated and upset about not having access to the discount. So I called.
When was greeted and ask by a very friendly and pleasant voice ,“ How are you doing today?”, I expressed I was upset with their website which did not allow me access to the discount . She apologized and looked into it, and asked about my order. She was very engaging and friendly and took my order, doubled checked everything and proceed to paying. I asked about the discount and she said she would be happy to do so, and gave me a discount.
Upon taking my personal information it popped out, and she then told me that Yes, I had succeeded in logging in, in the beginning. I got my radiator, my discount, and car fixed. I found the service here exceptional, helpful and very friendly.
