Yes, these will fit a 2012 Lariat Super Crew Cab. The rocker panel is designed to replace the original. If you do that, the original will have to be removed and the new welded in; it should be done by a professional body man. On my truck, I just cut out the rusted part and riveted the new one on top. Doing that is not recommended because it makes the doors difficult to shut because it changed the body alignment, but it still worked. I didn't finish it as a professional would have, I didn't really care about that old truck. Underneath, the inner flange fastens to the inner rocker... I used long rivets and the original bolts, where needed. You might need some new bolts for your application. If you do the work yourself, save all the bolts that come off; you'll need 'em. Also, I purchased 4 spray cans of rustproofing (Wool Wax) and coated everything before I installed the new rockers... and inside the new rockers as well. Did the same with the cab corners. These are weldable panels. You have to cut-out the old rusted sections and weld this on. It was exact fit, no mods needed.

It is a weld in rocker. I just put a set on, a 2010 F-150 XLT, two weeks ago. Made of OEM equivalent steel and are an exact form fit. Good chance you will want to get cab corners, also. This is the best route if you are looking for lasting results.
