Hi Kevin, I'm glad to assist you. This is for the one with a wheelhouse housing for the rear wheels. We do not have any information noted for a fleetside or stepside bed. But, I checked the trucks for the selected year and it shows to be all are stepside bed designs way back then. This should be good. Hello! It is intended on being welded on, however, some customers have drilled mounting holes for bolting it on.
