2009 S550 Air Strut seal broken. Over $2000 at Mercedes, $562 at CARPARTS.COMFront, Driver Or Passenger Side Air Strut

My 2009 Mercedes S550 air strut seal broke and the manufacturer wanted over $1500 for the strut. After going online I found three options at <a href="http://carparts.com." target="_blank">carparts.com.</a> The middle priced option worked perfectly for me. The Arnott Company specializes in air suspension products and their price of $562.58 was over $1000 dollars less than Mercedes.
I ordered the part and it arrived at my home in 2 days. I took the part (and my car) to my local shop and within 4 hours my car was fixed... AT A SAVINGS OVER OVER $1500 vs going directly to Mercedes.
If you cars left or right side is lower than the other side, check your air struts, and of the seal is broken purchase the correct part (front or back matters here) and take it to your local shop. You will be pleased that your car did not cost you an arm and a leg... thanks to CARPARTS.COM!!!
