Very happy with these shocks, although I dont have a lot to compare against. They come highy recommended for stock height vehicles, and I had a good experience on my Up-country ZJ which has 1" lift from factory. Installation was a little tricky to get the bottom inside the mounting bracket on my ZJ, but doable. The ride is now definitely much firmer and more controlled, after replacing all the shocks and control arms. I can definitely say I haven't seen any reason to steer someone away from these!

shocks arrived quickly & work just fine. JC Whitney matched the Lowest price I found & I got free shipping! JCW is a very old company that I bought parts from in the early 70's. They're still in business for a reason!!
