Fast shipping (thank you!). I did accidentally order a loaded strut for a FWD Highlander when the AWD version was needed for the right rear. There is a note when ordering that reads FWD (so, my mistake), but there was also a more visible note that read compatible with my vehicle (after I entered my vehicle info). Customer service chat feature was helpful, I did have to follow-up to expedite the return process after than receive the return (they had held it for 4 days with no update).
