Replaced factory shocks on '13 Passat TDI with 136k. These Monroes work great, much better ride and control now. Tires on driver side were wearing on inside and making noise, that seems to have stopped now. Very pleased with product and price! Only 3 bolts to install after you remove the wheel, but the lower 21mm is a bit difficult to get to.

This configuration typically includes a metal sleeve within the loop, which may appear as a small hole at the bottom of the shock. This hole is standard and serves as the mounting point for the shock absorber, allowing it to be securely attached to the vehicle's suspension system.
