Was very satisfied with last order, on time packaging well, not so with my last, late, bearings statement says "handle with care " looking like went through blender,STILL having to wait for other parts to start replacing parts on customer car, costing me $ for not completing car on promised time, can you say DISCOUNTS?

Yes. this strut assembly comes with the bum stop and is located on the top portion, the white rubber or polyurethane bump stop as shown on the image.
