I had first tried to change the bulb that had burned out. When I tried to pop the fixture out of the fender it crumbled, probably from too much UV over the years. I bought a pair of these assemblies and it was a simple matter of plugging in the wire and popping it into the opening in the fender. Installation takes less than a minute for each one.

Hi Brian, One of my front side marker lights burned out and I ordered the bulb to replace it. When I went to open the socket, the entire assembly crumbled(probably from too much UV over the years). So I just ordered a pair of marker assemblies (bulb included) and just plugged them in and they simply popped right in. Very easy and inexpensive.

The part does not come with the bulb socket. The socket is very common. You should be able to get one at any auto part store. Just take the bulb to the store to make sure you get the one that fits.
