Hi Matea, I'm glad to assist you. No. It is incompatible. We do not carry the spare tire tool kit for your Chevy Van Express 3500. Still, you might need other parts, such as a brake disc and pad kit (front and rear) or upgraded ceramic brake pads. We have these in stock.
