Very nice quality, better than OEM. First bumper showed up damaged(not from shipping) and they had a replacement out right away. No messing around.
I’m an auto body professional. I disassembled the step pad to refinish the bumper. The bumper has very thick primer/coating, usually in an OEM bumper you end up sanding through everywhere while prepping out small defects. Not this one. Since the truck was UH/Tuxedo Black I decided to refinish the hitch assembly and bumper ends together. All of the sensors, factory harness, and license plate lights swapped over without any issues.
The hitch assembly is stout and has better holes for the chain hooks at a 45 degree angle instead of the 90 degree that OEM had.
Overall this bumper was a very good buy. I was very impressed with the quality.

You would need special prep to paint it, and even then, durability could be an issue. The part is an exact replica of the original, so appearance, fitment and function would be the same. As for the second question, it can not. Our manufacturers sells them in pairs only. It's also better to get them both so the chrome finish would match. As you may know, old chrome finish loses its luster.
