I ordered a pair of taillights for my 1999 Toyota Tacoma. Everything went fine in the order - the parts came in a timely manner and appeared to be the right ones, the left (drivers) rear one was fine, but the right (passenger) side lens was defective - almost unnoticeable, but the lens has a hole right next to a screw opening - very thin material and it apparently left a small hole - the light still works, but it's flawed. So - it's disappointing.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Jul 26The bulb snaps into the socket that the wire is connected to. Then the bulb and socket assembly insert into the taillight lense and twist to lock into its position. Then the assembly mounts into the cavity of the vehicle body.
