Hi Dianne,
No, the tail lights on the 2007 Tundra are only manufactured as an assembly. Unfortunately, the lenses are not detachable from the housing.

If it is a built-in stud bolt or the screw is part of the whole assembly, it should come with it. Typically, on most of our parts, the installation/mounting hardware is not included.
