Hi Jesus,
As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware (clips). We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. They sell them at most auto parts stores.

Our products are sourced globally (from different countries) and are only from OES (Original Equipment Suppliers) that comply with QS 9000 / ISO 9000 / ISO 14000-1 / TS16949 standards. Most of them are made in Taiwan.

Unfortunately, I didn't look for this information prior to giving him the package and don't know the answer to your question. However, it looks great and appears to fit perfectly having no problems.
