Question: I just received my 2017 ford edge tail light replacement. It is the correct part however, I cannot get the wiring harness to clip in. The old light came out fine but when I plug the new one in it will not fasten and the light is inoperable. I can just barely pull on it and it comes off. Any suggestions???Kirk B. / Aug 05, 2023
Hi Kirk, I'm glad to assist you. If you can have the socket connect fixed by a local shop for a minor repair, please do so and get a receipt, and we can rebate you back the amount you spent. The cost should be very minimal. If not possible, you can have it returned for a refund. It could be possible defective manufacturing.
