An order was place for two tail lights, unfortunately they arrived on different days, one worked fine. The didn't work correctly. Customer service sent the prepaid mailing label and shipped the replacement a day later. The replacement shipment worked correctly. They can't control what outside companies, like the manufacturer or shipping companies do, but they were prompt with the things that they could control.

Thank you everyone involved. I did receive the part and it was boxed properly, the light assembly was new and had no issues. I purchased some hardware to remove the old unit and replace the new unit. This hardware was a plastic tool, to help with the installation and not scratch my cars paint etc... I share this information, because perhaps when somebody purchases something like this and WANTS TO INSTALL THEMSELVES and not pay someone, because frankly it's pretty easy to install. You can offer these tools with the assembly... Again just a thought. Thanks for your support. Glad I can help with this survey. Robert
