Good fit, easy install. This is a good cheap solution, however if you plan on keeping your truck long term I would recommend one with metal lock parts. The first one I bought with plastic only lasted a few years.

Installation went well and the new latch works great. Delivery was fast. Just make sure you don't drop the 10mm nuts into the interior of your tailgate. LOL
