Hi, As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

No it has plastic clips molded into the part , I don’t care for how it sits and the very end of the tail gate to be honest but it’s the only option out there I looked all over .

No It doesn't have fasteners. The holes didn’t line up on my F250 Harley Davidson. We were able to modify it but a bit redneck.
